Pat's Message: January 2025

Happy New Year everyone! We pray that everyone had a wonderfully safe and meaningful holiday season that allowed everyone to spend quality time with loved ones! We are excited to finally be able to merge our sites together that allows our customers and friends to access and see everything in one place. There will be a lot of changes, additions, and growth that we are looking at in 2025 and it will be first announced here.

Immediately for the first quarter of 2025, we have the following programs we are pushing for.

Basic Pistol Shooting and Safety classes (01.18, 02.22, & 03.29).

Free Open Range sessions for all alums (01.25, 02.08, 03.15).

On Mar. 8, 2025, AMD will hold a female-centric class that is a mixture of concealed carry training and self defense for women. The class will run from 10AM to 4PM and it will only cost $75.00. There will be an hour to hour and a half of non-lethal force multiplier moves that will be taught by Stan Supapo and his wife Russ. Stan is a Muay Thai competitor, a Jiu-Jitsu instructor, and the coach of the Longwood University Kickboxing team. There will also be an hour to an hour and a half of live fire exercise where students can practice and have live fire experience on some of the exercises trained that day. Hurry up and register for this class to claim your spot. Unfortunately, since this is a Level 1 class, only AMD alums can participate.

We are also excited about starting our Level 1 pistol proficiency classes that are to be held in our Farmville location. We will be starting with non-lethal training for Level 1 proficiency and then move to live-fire application once the basic fundamentals have been learned. Watch out for the announcements on this and registration details and dates. These classes are open to the public but will have minimum proficiency requirements to attend.

Its promising to be an exciting 2025 and we are happy to be the training venue for you and your family's defense. See you all on the firing line.
